His OSHA 30 certification and degree in Construction Systems Management from The Ohio State University ground his approach in both technical discipline and practical problem-solving.

Nandi Holmes

Nandi brings over a decade of experience in business consulting, corporate strategy, and sales operations to her role at Aushco. She supports brokerage and property management across office, medical, flex, and retail assets, working with owners, investors, and business operators to align real estate strategies with their goals. Nandi’s background in higher education and enrollment management has deepened her ability to ask the right questions and guide clients through the decision-making process.

Karen Schneider

Karen oversees accounting operations for Aushco’s commercial properties, ensuring proper accounting practices and delivering accurate monthly financial reports to owners. With nearly 25 years in the real estate industry and 18 years as a Controller, she brings deep financial expertise and precision to every engagement.

Karen has a CPA license and an Accounting degree from the University of Baltimore. Her work with Aushco reflects her deep commitment to stewardship and ongoing accountability.

Stephanie Parmiter

Stephanie supports daily property operations by responding to tenant service requests, coordinating maintenance schedules, and managing administrative processes. With nearly two decades in customer service and over 15 years of office experience, she ensures tenants feel heard and supported while keeping operations organized and responsive.

Shelli Lewis

With almost three decades of experience in commercial property management, Shelli oversees daily operations across medical office, professional office, industrial, manufacturing, and retail properties. She manages budgets, vendor relationships, lease compliance, and maintenance planning to protect asset value and minimize risk.

Justin Ausherman

Justin brings real ownership experience to every commercial real estate decision. With over two decades of experience across property management, development, construction, and brokerage, he understands how operational decisions affect long-term asset performance.

As President, Justin oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm and advises building owners and businesses on real estate strategies that drive efficiency, protect value, and support long-term investment performance. His experience allows him to evaluate opportunities from both an operational and ownership perspective, not just a transactional one.
